Sejak pengumuman Belanjawan 2013 tempoh hari, salah satu perkara yang ditanya ramai adalah berkaitan dengan Pakej Komunikasi Belia.
Untuk makluman semua, Pakej Komunikasi Belia ini boleh dibuat pendaftaran dan permohonan melalui laman SKMM bermula daripada 1 Januari 2013 hingga 31 Disember 2013 kelak.

Bagi yang tidak mengetahui akan Pakej Komunikasi Belia ini, ia adalah rebat sebanyak RM200 untuk pembelian telefon pintar 3G, dimana merupakan salah satu usaha kerajaan dalam mempromosi gaya hidup digital kepada belia.
Daripada apa yang diketahui buat masa ini, ia dikatakan akan diuruskan oleh syarikat telekomunikasi seperti Maxis, Celcom, DiGi, UMobile, Yes YTL, dan juga TuneTalk.
Seterusnya, syarikat telekomunikasi akan memilih beberapa pengedar dan penjual untuk mendapatkan telefon pintar daripadanya.
Antara pengedar dan penjual yang akan menawarkan telefon pintar dengan rebat Pakej Komunikasi Belia ini adalah Senheng dan juga SenQ.
Seperti biasa, beberapa syarat perlu dipatuhi oleh para pengguna dalam mendapatkan rebat sebanyak RM200 ini, dimana antaranya adalah.. tengoklah kat bawah ni..
Antara syarat-syarat yang perlu dipatuhi seperti berikut:
-Warganegara Malaysia berumur 21 tahun hingga 30 tahun.
-Berpendapatan bulanan RM3000 ke bawah
-Model telefon pintar 3G yang diluluskan dengan harga maksimum RM500
-Pelanggan jalur-lebar mudah-alih sedia ada atau pakej baharu.
-Hanya satu Smartphone untuk satu belia.
Buat masa ini terdapat 23 peranti yang telah diluluskan oleh kerajaan untuk rebat RM200 Pakej Komunikasi Belia.
23 Smartphone berukut merupakan Smartphone 3G dibawah RM500.
